I understand that after a
$400 per person deposit is received, a receipt for my payment
will be emailed. Deposits are refundable except for at $25 fee
until February 25, 2011 on this date they become NON-REFUNDABLE.
The remainder of the balance due will be charged to the credit
card on May 06, 2011. A tour package will be provided with a
hotel confirmation letter 2 weeks prior to departure. I have
read this entire agreement and understand that I will be held
fully responsible for its terms and charges.

Important disclosure: Rates
pertaining to hotels and all other lodging services include our
handling fee consisting of communication expenses incurred to
obtain your reservations. Local rates may differ due to currency
exchange fluctuations. Petrabax will not be held responsible
for any of these possible differences, and absolutely no refunds
will be made for such possible differences.
Cancellations and Refunds: Petrabax strongly recommends you purchase
Trip Cancellation and Interruption insurance through your professional
travel agent.
Lodging and independent services: Petrabax deals with thousands
of hotels, each with their own particular cancellation policy.
Generally, cancellations received 7 days prior to arrival will
result in a 1 night cancellation fee (consult Petrabax for your
particular hotel). In addition, certain hotels during special
events, fairs and convention periods or because of special reduced
rates being applied may be completely non-refundable. Petrabax
will pass on all applicable penalties plus a one time $25 administrative
fee. No refund applies for no-shows. All cancellations must be
received in writing.
